Geofencing

Overview

The Geofencing API will allow to manage geofences and subscribe to exit and entry events according to GNSS position.

A general outline of the Geofencing API can be observed in the following figure:

Main functionalities

The Geofencing API provides the following functionalities:

• Geofences management

  • Add a geofence defined as a set of points
  • Add a geofence defined as a point and radius
  • Delete an existing geofence
  • Enable an existing geofence
  • Disable an existing geofence
  • Feed a Custom Position
  • Disable Feed Custom Position

• Geofencing information

  • List all geofences
  • List active geofences

• Events information
  • Entry and exit geofences alarms
